We’re looking for a Platform Engineer to join our team and help us take our multi-cloud, multi-region environment to the next level.
You (Platform Engineer) will act as a strategic partner to engineering teams, designing scalable solutions, automating workflows, and driving best practices to balance performance, security, and cost efficiency.

What you'll be doing (Platform Engineer): Architect, deploy, and manage AWS-first infrastructure, with secondary support for GCP and Azure.
Optimize multi-region/multi-cloud setups for high availability, disaster recovery, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering teams, listening to their needs and challenges, and delivering solutions that help them succeed.
Build and implement tools that make it easier for developers to collaborate and streamline their daily workflows.
Take end-to-end ownership of projects, make data-driven decisions, and proactively drive initiatives to successful completion.
Identify and fix bottlenecks or pain points in our development and deployment processes, so teams can work more efficiently and deliver faster.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
Lead the way in applying Fin Ops principles, helping us get the most out of our cloud resources and encouraging smart, cost-effective choices across the team.
Join our on-call rotation to help keep our platform running reliably around the clock.
Required Experience And Skills Deep expertise in AWS, especially with multi-region and hybrid cloud architectures.
Experience with GCP and Azure is a big plus.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of infrastructure and implement scalable, developer-friendly solutions.
Proficiency in Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure in a consistent and automated way.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Git Hub Actions or Argo CD, with a focus on streamlining code deployment.
Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker for container management and orchestration in cloud environments.
Experience working with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana to ensure system reliability and visibility.
Advanced skills in either Python, or Elixir, or a strong willingness to learn new programming languages as needed.
Proven track record of collaborating closely with engineering teams to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions enhancing developer productivity.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
