Driving recruitment consultant The role exists to support the business in achieving its new driver recruitment target. Working with the management team you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of a driver recruitment strategy, exploring all possible sources of drivers to ensure vacancies are filled quickly and efficiently. You will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates that match the business requirements, ensuring that all potential recruits have the necessary legal documentation and can operate to our professional driver standards.Primary Objectives of the Role are: Team Player We are a medium sized, fast growing, dynamic business, working with some of the leading brands within the Automotive sector. As such, all the team are expected to be hands on and to assist in all areas of the business as required from time to time To work towards the delivery of the set goals and objectives of the business. Role Specific Recruitment of the agreed number of new drivers. Gaining a great understanding of the role and using this to present the business and drivers responsibility in the best light to candidates providing them with an accurate understanding of the job specifics. Ensuring that all candidates are at the required standard and have the correct paperwork and job understanding before the training program. The ongoing development and measurement of all new driver recruitment sources, reporting this analysis to the leadership team to highlight the most successful and efficient channels for driver recruitment Forming strategic alliances and providing regular updates to our job center partners to maximize on these opportunities. Maintaining good relationships with new drivers, providing driver support through the initial period. To be responsible for all the agreed processes, challenging these to ensure that they are best in class, documenting and providing reports to demonstrate delivery of the recruitment department’s objectives.1. Previous knowledge and experience of Driver recruitment & plate driving would be a distinct advantage. 2. A Good communicator with the ability to liaise seamlessly with both drivers, the business and recruitment partners 3. Attention to detail. 4. The ability to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the recruitment process with the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and 5. The ability to create and own the recruitment strategy 6.
