Job description V3 are recruiting for a Full Time administrator for a fantastic Family run business based in Waterlooville. This position is Full time and temporary to permanent. Salary – £26,000 – £27500 per annum. hours of work – Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Duties – Preparing of quotations for repair works and incoming sales enquiries Customer service involving liaising with clients regarding repair work, supply of parts, installation projects and ongoing service contracts. Managing engineer visits in conjunction with the service manager and project managers. Monitoring of work in progress, daily checking of status of jobs and updating on the ERP system. Preparing of Risk and Method statements in conjunction with project manager and sending to clients for approval Ordering of parts and equipment to support the installation and repair processes. Liaising with suppliers for product and pricing information Progressing purchase orders with suppliers Arranging visits with sub-contractors and clients. Assisting with checking goods in and goods out on the ERP system. General office duties Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Company pension Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
