To fuel this next stage, we’re looking for a driven, proactive Business Development Manager to unlock new opportunities, strengthen on‑site relationships, and accelerate adoption of our products across the Southern region of the UK.
This is a field‑based, highly autonomous role where your impact will be visible, valued, and central to our commercial success.
Your Role As Business Development Manager, you will drive territory expansion by actively hunting new end‑user opportunities, deepening customer engagement, managing trials, and accelerating adoption of our safety footwear across the region.
Working within our POD structure, you will collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager and Sales Support to ensure opportunities are fast‑moving, well‑aligned, and successfully converted through the correct distributor partners.
You will work closely with end users across sites and workshops, engaging directly with key decision makers, identifying needs, and driving prospects toward successful conversion.
