As a Handover Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and professional vehicle handover. You will be responsible for completing essential documentation—including invoices and warranties—accurately and promptly, in line with company procedures and industry guidelines.
You will work in a professional, fast-paced environment and be supported by an experienced team committed to helping you train, develop and build a rewarding career with V12 Sports and Classics.
The ideal candidate
- Has excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Manages their time effectively and works confidently to tight deadlines
- Is comfortable working in a busy office environment
- Can work independently and contribute positively within a team
- Remains calm under pressure and takes a flexible approach
- Is confident processing official documentation accurately and promptly
- Is committed to providing an excellent customer experience
- Is available to work weekends
- Has motor-trade experience, although this is not essential
Key responsibilities
- Processing customer invoices
- Setting up vehicle warranties
- Checking that all vehicle-related paperwork is complete and accurate
- Ensuring documentation complies with company and industry requirements
- Completing follow-up actions promptly
- Helping to provide customers with a smooth and positive vehicle handover experience
