We are seeking a highly motivated & experienced Head of Sales to lead and develop our sales team in a fast‑paced, high-volume car supermarket environment. With over 1,300 cars sold monthly, this role is suited to a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive volume, revenue, and profitability across all sites
- Develop and execute a high‑performing sales strategy
- Lead, coach, and motivate a large sales team to achieve targets
