In addition, the Offshore Projects Director will act as Commissioning Lead and Site Project Manager for new FPSO / FRSU greenfield developments, accountable for on-site project execution from late-stage construction through Hook-Up, Commissioning, and achievement of First Oil / First Gas.

- Provide clear financial and risk visibility to the GM and leadership team.
- Project Oversight, Commissioning & Delivery
- Provide senior oversight during project mobilization and execution phases.
- Act as escalation point for complex operational, contractual, or stakeholder issues.

- Integration of yard, marine, offshore installation, and commissioning scopes.
- Interface management between client, EPC / EPCIC contractors, yards, vendors, and regulators.

- Schedule, cost, readiness, and performance through to First Oil / First Gas.
- Support project teams in achieving safety, schedule, cost, and performance objectives.
- Ensure lessons learned are captured and institutionalized.
- Act as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the GM.
- Support strategic initiatives, client engagements, and internal improvements.
- Step into undefined spaces as required—this role is intentionally broad.
- Mentor senior managers and project leads where needed to build in-house capability.
Key Interfaces
- Clients, partners, yards, EPC / EPCIC contractors, and regulators.
- Internal operations, technical, HSSE, finance, legal, and commercial teams.
- Executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
