About the Role
V Selective are proud to partner with a leading, high-quality Training Provider to recruit an Enrolment Consultant on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Joining a supportive and fast-paced onboarding team, you will play a crucial role in guiding learners and employers seamlessly through the apprenticeship onboarding journey. What You’ll Be Doing
- Guiding the Journey: Act as the main point of contact, supporting both apprentices and employers smoothly through the end-to-end enrolment process.
- Ensuring Compliance: Assess learner eligibility (including English and Maths qualifications) and manage essential documentation, including Apprenticeship Agreements and Training Plans.
- Data & Systems Management: Maintain flawless data accuracy and reporting across onboarding platforms, ensuring strict alignment with ESFA funding rules.
- Delivering Excellence: Provide friendly, professional, and proactive customer service via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Championing Safeguarding: Act as a safeguarding advocate, recognizing and reporting any concerns in line with statutory guidance and company policy.
What We’re Looking For
- Sector Experience: Proven experience supporting funded learning or apprenticeship onboarding in a DfE-regulated setting.
- Systems Savvy: Experience using MIS platforms—Aptem experience is highly desirable, though similar apprenticeship management systems will be considered. Strong MS Office skills are a must.
- Compliance Knowledge: A solid grasp of ESFA funding rules and apprenticeship documentation.
- Great Communicator: Excellent relationship-building skills with the confidence to communicate effectively with learners, employers, and internal colleagues.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and strong time management.
Qualifications: Level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent).
