V-Recruit are currently recruiting for 1x CSCS Multi-trader/Finisher to start work in the Sheffield area on an ongoing basis ASAP.
Duties to include working voided and occupied residential properties, completing finishing/snagging works on refurbishment projects. Mainly kitchen and bathroom refits, which could include amending tiling, floorboard adjustments, refitting cupboards and some other ad hoc multi-trade work may be required.
£19.00 per hour. Long-term ongoing/temp to perm work. 8am – 4pm Monday – Thursday, 8am – 3:30pm Friday.
The right candidates must have their CSCS card, own hand and relevant power tools and own PPE. We are looking for experienced multi-trades and will ask for references. The successful candidate will either have an in date Asbestos Awareness qualification or be willing to complete this before starting and be clean shaven for face fit.
