V-Recruit are looking for experienced Fence Erectors to start work in the Rotherham/Sheffield area as soon as possible. Our client is a well-known and reputable fencing and landscaping contractor that operates throughout Yorkshire and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day duties include working mainly on construction sites, erecting various and all types of fencing.

Benefits & Rates

  • Starting rate is £16.38 per hour.
  • 40–45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 6am to 7am starts (usually back in the yard by 3pm).
  • Weekend work is available in busy periods.
  • After the successful completion of your probationary period, the rate would increase to £17 per hour.
  • You would then be eligible for bonus, with realistic earnings for the top fencing staff in excess of £48,000 per annum, while still maintaining a 3pm finish each day.

Requirements

  • The right candidates must have a CSCS card, own PPE, a full UK driving licence with less than 6 points, and own transport due to the remote yard location.
  • They should be ambitious, self-motivated, and have extensive commercial fencing experience as essential.
  • We will ask for references.

Other Certifications

  • Other tickets/certifications such as NPORS/CPCS FTD/Roller, Cat & Genny, Level 2/3 NVQ in Fencing, Groundworks or Landscaping-related occupations are advantageous and may be offered to hardworking employees as professional development.
