V-Recruit are currently looking to recruit Grounds Maintenance Operatives, with CSCS cards to start work in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Our client is looking for maintenance operatives who are experienced on ride on mowers and general all-round grounds maintenance to complete their maintenance contracts on new build housing estates, public open spaces, some commercial properties, industrial estates etc.

Duties to include:

  • Grass cutting of gardens and communal areas (using pedestrian and ride on mowers)
  • Hedge cutting
  • Pruning
  • Weeding

to ensure the plots and communal areas remain neat, tidy and attractive.

£14.10 per hour. Temp to Perm (Rate when permanent is £12.80p/h but you will receive holiday pay, pension and all other benefits associated with a permanent, PAYE contract). 39 hours per week.

Driving Licence and access to transport required. The right candidate will have significant experience in grounds maintenance, with references. You must be self-motivated, hardworking and reliable.
