Electricians Required for Bradford Generator Installation Project. V-Recruit are currently looking for experienced Electricians for a project based in Bradford, assisting with the installation of generators on a commercial/industrial site.
Duties will include:
- Installation of metal trunking, conduit, tray and ladder racking with uni-strut frames
- Wiring using singles, multi-core YY, Belden, SWA and H07 cable
- Terminating electrical accessories including:
- Lights
- Sockets
- Spurs
- Isolators
- Fans
- Terminating power distribution panels
- Termination of BMS control panels
Essential Requirements:
- ECS Gold Card
- Ideally apprenticeship completed
- IPAF ticket preferred
- Previous experience in a similar industrial/commercial environment
- Ability to work independently and from drawings
Candidates Must Have:
- Cordless drill
- Impact driver
- Grinder
- Bootlace crimper
- Hellermann sleeve tool
- Full set of hand tools
- Full PPE
Job Specifics:
- Weekly pay - £24.00 per hour (overtime rates available on weekends x1.5 on Saturdays and x2 on Sundays)
- Work up until 2027, with a view to move on to other local contracts thereafter
- Hours: 7am - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 6:30am to 2:30pm Fridays (weekend work available at the same hours as Friday)
