V-Nova is a high growth technology start-up shaping its place in a challenging and competitive market and seeks leaders who bring expertise, passion, and collaborative skills in order to help it succeed. They must be able to illustrate a vision, build good working relationships with peers and senior management, and roll up their sleeves to get the job done, and must be able to embrace the risk and challenge that a start-up brings.

Product Managers are accountable for the conceptualisation, definition, delivery, and commercial performance of V-Nova’s products, including strategy and future roadmaps. Product Managers manage all aspects of the product lifecycle.

V-Nova has developed and productised a number of different video and data formats, including MPEG-5 LCEVC, SMPTE VC-6 and V-Nova PresenZ. MPEG-5 LCEVC is the latest video and image standard from MPEG. LCEVC has been created by V-Nova and is core to our IP, product strategy and go-to-market.

Key to this technically focused product role is the realisation of the go-to-market strategy for LCEVC implementation by V-Nova in the client ecosystem of our multiple target markets. As Product Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping how V-Nova’s technology is experienced by customers and partners. Working closely with management, sales, and engineering, you’ll capture requirements, identify the most valuable opportunities, and translate them into a clear, prioritised product roadmap.

You’ll lead product demonstrations, trials, and proof-of-concepts that showcase the value of our technology and directly inform product and commercial decisions. You’ll work day-to-day with engineering and delivery teams to refine requirements, guide implementation, and ensure successful delivery of our software products and reference integrations—across both open-source projects and leading industry platforms.

You’ll take ownership of product definition and execution, championing quality, clarity, and technical excellence from concept through to delivery and support. You’ll help ensure our operating model enables effective execution, balancing innovation with practical, real-world deployment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning advanced technology into robust, usable products.

You’ll help evolve our unique LCEVC technology into solutions that deliver clear benefits to customers today, while building a credible and compelling roadmap for the future. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Engineering, and Delivery, aligning teams around a shared product vision and helping V-Nova continue to set the standard in next-generation video compression.
