The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional standards... every single day. You’ll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring each brand consistently delivers on its promise. From the energy on the floor to the performance behind the scenes, you’ll set the tone.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading from the front - visible, present, and actively involved across all locations
  • Owning the guest experience - ensuring every interaction reflects our standards
  • Driving team performance, accountability, and retention across all sites
  • Solving operational challenges quickly to protect guest experience and profitability
  • Overseeing rotas and budgets - balancing commercial performance with operational needs
  • Coordinating multi-site operations - keeping everything aligned and running smoothly
  • Working with systems and processes - ensuring efficiency and accuracy
  • Reporting and communicating - keeping owners and senior leadership informed on performance, targets, and team development
