V.Group is seeking a Second Engineer for Pure Car and Truck Carrier operations with the DF LNG engine type. This is a contract role aboard ship, serving as the primary deputy to the Chief Engineer and taking full responsibility for the engine department in the Chief's absence.
You will organize and supervise daily engine-room activities, manage junior engineers and ratings, prepare main propulsion for sea, and maintain auxiliary, cargo, and deck machinery while ensuring machinery-space.
