V.Group is seeking a Cook for a Self-Unloader Bulk Carrier on a contract basis. The role is based aboard the vessel in the galley, reporting to the Master to support catering operations during long voyages.
Responsibilities include ensuring food safety, nutrition, and inventory control; ordering provisions; preserving food properly; and preparing healthy, varied meals in a hygienic environment. The position requires maintaining high sanitary standards and teamwork in line with the Food Safety
