Pre-hire Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience and results-oriented career AND/OR HND or Degree equivalents in appropriate engineering subject, OR Marine qualified to Master Mariner / Chief Engineer unlimited as per STCW Reg.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as OIM.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum of C1 level according to the CEFR international standard.
- Offshore Personal Survival, Management of Major Emergencies, OIM Controlling Emergencies, OIM
- Persons in Charge – MOU Operations Courses - IMO Resolution 1079 section 6.2 or STCW CoC Holder.
- Medically fit according to the Company GEMS ‘Health Requirements to Work Offshore’ Instruction.
- Extensive knowledge of offshore FPSO operations, including Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Safety Management.
- High level of commercial awareness.
