- Multilingual Proficiency: Fluent English and proficiency in at least two other Asian languages (Japanese/Korean/Mandarin).
- Soft Skills Mastery: Strong communication, active listening, and conflict resolution skills with a natural ability to empathize and adapt to diverse situations.
