Pearl Mist is the leading small ship luxury cruise line across the Canadian Maritimes, St. Lawrence Seaway, Great Lakes, and East Coast, offering an unparalleled blend of excitement, romance, and personalized service on the sea. The Pearl Mist Cruise Ship accommodates up to 210 guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- The 1st cook is responsible for delivering high quality, efficient, individualized and technically excellent food preparation in accordance with Company Policies and strictly upholding any Public Health standards towards a goal of achieving total guest satisfaction.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar capacity is a must.
- Valid passport, seaman book, C1D visa and STCW certifications are a must for this opening.
