Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker or Ultimate Texas Hold'em in a land-based casino or 1-year shipboard casino experience dealing the same games.
- a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skils
- ability to understand and communicate effective in English
