Job Responsibilities
- Report to duty Operations Executive and responsible for on board cargo custody transfers loading and discharging instruction from Operation Executive.
- Responsible for on board cargo inventory and any discrepancy report immediately to Operation Executive.
- Compliance with all SS 600, SS 524, SS 648 and statutory requirements and procedures on board.
- Disseminating all loading and delivery nomination information to the Master and the Chief Officer upon receiving instruction from Operation Executive.
- Ensuring that the bunker supply is correct quantity and quality as per given nomination.
- Responsible for updating office the relevant copies of delivered and loaded documents as and when return to shore.
- Responsible for all loading and delivery representative sealed samples are collected in accordance to SS600 sampling requirements and procedures.
- To follow all Safety aspects and regulations on board the barge.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications from a tertiary institution recognized by the Administration or a recognised organisation, or other formal education combined with at least 1-2 years experience in Bunker operation.
