We’re seeking a UX Researcher to support our clients’ product teams in delivering user-centred solutions. This contingent role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners, conduct research, and provide actionable insights to inform product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end research projects, from scoping to analysis.
  • Design and execute qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions.
  • Analyse research data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Run usability testing programs in close collaboration with other UX Researchers.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the development process.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in a range of research methodologies (e.g., interviews, usability testing, concept evaluation).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
