The Position
We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Assistant Curriculum Leader of English to join our inclusive department. This key middle‑leadership role supports the Curriculum Leader in raising achievement, developing curriculum intent and implementation, and strengthening teaching and learning across the department. You will work closely to support staff development, assessment, and the delivery of a challenging and ambitious English curriculum. The successful candidate will also have a teaching commitment across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, although leadership responsibilities are the main focus.
