Uxbridge High School is seeking a Behaviour Intervention Guidance Leader to support the Alternative Provision and Behaviour Manager in delivering a high‑quality, nurturing and structured environment to help students returning to mainstream lessons.
You will mentor students facing SEMH needs, behavioural challenges or disengagement, develop personalised support plans with SEND and Pastoral teams, and liaise with families to review progress and reintegration plans.
