We are currently recruiting for an experienced Onboarding Administrator to join our client’s busy Resourcing team in Windsor on a temporary basis.

This is an immediate requirement for approximately 4–6 weeks and would be ideal for someone with previous experience in recruitment administration, HR administration, compliance or onboarding who is available to start at short notice.

Reporting to the Head of Resourcing, you will be responsible for supporting the full onboarding process from beginning to end, ensuring new starters complete all necessary documentation and pre-employment checks accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new starters.
  • Liaising directly with candidates to obtain all required information and documentation.
  • Collecting and accurately recording personal and bank details.
  • Obtaining and processing copies of passports and other identification documents.
  • Completing and recording Right to Work checks.
  • Coordinating and monitoring DBS checks where required.
  • Ensuring all compliance and pre-employment checks are completed prior to start dates.
  • Updating candidate records and onboarding information on the client’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Tracking outstanding documentation and proactively following up with candidates.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date onboarding and compliance records.
  • Escalating any issues or potential delays to the Head of Resourcing.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive candidate information appropriately.
  • Providing additional administrative support to the Resourcing team as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, accurate and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where there may be multiple candidates going through the onboarding process at the same time.

Previous experience within recruitment, HR, onboarding or compliance administration would be highly desirable.

  • You will ideally have
  • Previous experience managing or supporting employee/candidate onboarding.
  • Excellent administration skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience completing Right to Work, DBS or other pre-employment checks.
  • Confidence handling confidential personal and financial information.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to chase candidates for outstanding documentation.
  • The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
  • Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly. Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be a distinct advantage.

Our client is looking for someone who can start ASAP, quickly get up to speed and provide hands-on support to the Head of Resourcing during a particularly busy onboarding period.
