The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and organised individual to join their friendly sales support team in Uxbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their commercial career with a well-established business. It could particularly suit a recent college leaver, graduate or someone with some early office or customer service experience who is keen to learn, take on responsibility and build a long-term career. You’ll be joining a supportive and welcoming team where you’ll receive plenty of exposure to customers, sales administration and the full order process.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working closely with the sales team, you’ll help make sure customers receive an efficient, professional service and that orders and enquiries are managed accurately from start to finish.
  • Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email
  • Preparing quotations and pricing information
  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
  • Processing and monitoring customer orders
  • Keeping customer and CRM information accurate and up to date
  • Liaising with colleagues and suppliers to keep orders moving
  • Helping source solutions for individual customer requirements
  • Producing reports and organising information when required
  • Assisting with invoice queries, returns and customer issues
  • Supporting larger orders and projects through to completion

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales administration experience would be useful, but it is not essential for the right person. More importantly, our client is looking for someone who can demonstrate:
