The Role: Fast-paced recruitment administration role with a strong focus on screening, coordination and compliance. This role would be perfect for someone organised, confident on the phone, and ready to hit the ground running.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Screening candidates and conducting initial calls
- Booking interviews and training sessions
- Managing candidate records and attendance
- Handling high volumes of calls and enquiries
- Supporting scheduling and updating internal systems
What We Need:
- 1 year admin experience (ideally within a recruitment or scheduling setting)
- Confident telephone manner (high call volume)
- Quick with systems and tech-savvy
