Temporary Credit Controller

Pay: £17.00 per hour
Location: Uxbridge
Working Pattern: Hybrid working with two days from home per week
Start Date: 4th November 2026
Duration: Until the end of December, with potential to extend
Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to provide temporary support within a busy and friendly finance team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining account management with regular customer contact. You will take responsibility for a portfolio of customer accounts, helping to keep payments on track, resolve queries and maintain accurate financial records.

The Role:
- Managing credit control activity across customer accounts
- Following up outstanding balances and helping reduce aged debt
- Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts
- Investigating invoice queries and resolving payment discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate account information and records
- Providing support with month-end and wider finance administration
The ideal Credit Controller will have:
- Previous Credit Control experience
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Confident telephone and email communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach to managing outstanding accounts
- Experience using Salesforce and/or Oracle would be advantageous
