Temporary Customer Service Administrator
Location: Uxbridge
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around one year’s office admin or customer service experience, looking to step into a varied and fast-paced role. You’ll be joining a supportive and sociable business in Uxbridge, known for its great working environment and strong values.

Your Role: Working as part of a busy and friendly team, you’ll provide key support by managing inbound enquiries, responding to customers, and keeping internal systems up to date. Full training provided!

Key Duties:

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to email queries
• Raise quotes and create customer contracts
• Log returns and manage stock adjustments
• Close off reports and ensure records are accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous office-based customer service or admin experience
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Friendly and professional phone manner
• Highly organised and happy working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Salesforce would be a real bonus, but not essential
