You will be supporting multiple departments, with a varied role that touches everything from processing orders and stock management to liaising with suppliers and handling client queries.
What will you be doing day to day?
- Placing purchase orders via in-house systems and supplier portals
- Answering calls and handling incoming sales leads
- Supporting stock control and inventory tracking
- Liaising with suppliers to source new parts and update availability
- Assisting with company projects, such as cataloguing or expanding into European markets
- Collaborating with both sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations
- Pitching in with trade counter cover when needed (full training given)
