This is a superb opportunity for someone with a passion for IT and data. You will join a small, friendly, and successful team, acting as a link between the Development team and the admin/sales and customer service teams.
Key duties:
- Manipulating data within Excel, including sorting, filtering, and reporting to identify insights and anomalies.
- Identifying software faults and creating bug reports for the development team.
- Supporting the team with technical queries.
- Developing improvements to reporting processes.
- Managing the development and implementation of new features/modules.
- Testing software updates for bugs.
- Investigating issues related to integration and compatibility of equipment.
- Testing software applications.
Person specification:
- Logical and methodical thinker.
- Strong interest in IT; a relevant IT/Tech qualification (degree or college) is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience or interest in data manipulation.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of databases and HTML is advantageous.
- Understanding of Android devices is advantageous.
