Overview
HR Advisor- One year maternity cover (start December 2025)
£40,000 • Ruislip • My client a superb organisation that is experiencing huge growth year on year is now seeking a HR Advisor to cover for a year-long maternity contract. This position will commence in December 2025 and will complete in March 2027. You will need to be a car driver as the position will sometimes involve travelling to other sites in the UK. The position will involve a great deal of advisory work as well as a great deal of ER.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of HR in implementing HR strategies
- Provide ER guidance to management
- Act as an employee champion to drive engagement and retention initiatives
- Provide companywide HR data insights
- Manage holiday and attendance for monthly paid staff
- Ensuring full compliance across the department
- Line managing a junior member of staff
- Some travel on occasion to other sites to perform grievance processes
Requirements / What You Need
The successful candidate will be positive in approach and have the capability to manage multiple priorities. Good knowledge of employment legislation and upcoming changes is very important.
