Are you an experienced senior Administrator- ideally from a Professional Service environment?
Are you of graduate calibre and do you have a true passion for people and getting things right first time?
My client a specialist consultancy is now seeking their office go to person- someone who can manage both clients, compliance, process, and all administrative functions.
The role will also involve aspects of client management as well as some consultative selling (no hard sales or cold calling)
This role will be considered on a full time or part time basis. If part time my client is looking at 4 days per week.
The successful candidate will have an infinite eye for detail and your organisational skills will also be first rate! You will be highly personable too as you will be managing some of the organisations most valued customers.
This is a varied position and will be almost fully remote (only going into the office once a week on a wednesday) as the role is so remote you should also be a solution focused person- someone who can investigate and come up with answers!
Duties
• Be the key liaison point for highly valued clients- managing queries, explaining the service and coordination of workshops and coaching session
• Using CRM to capture data and produce reports
• Coordination of meetings for the directors
• Managing the inhouse client portal- managing its functionality and onboarding new users
• Managing budgets as well as PO’s and general finance
• Client management as well as consultative sales
• High levels of compliance and GDPR management
• Lots of project and research work
• Instigating new process
• Salesforce
• Managing the ordering of consumables required for the team
• Assisting with marketing activities on web site, Linked In etc…
