Credit Controller (Full OR Part Time)

Calling all Credit Controllers – either full OR part time! Our client, a smashing SME based locally, is now seeking an experienced Credit Controller who also has strong admin skills. Reporting directly to the MD, this will be a stand-alone position. My client would consider candidates seeking either a full or part time position. If part time, this will be 4 days per week. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
Role Duties
- Chasing of client outstanding debt
- Monitoring of key accounts working closely with the sales team
- Managing debtor ledger
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Processing of payments received
- Reporting
- Managing spreadsheet and finance data – MS Dynamics
- Processing expenses and managing the payment of utility bills
- Ordering office consumables
- Arranging appointments
