Key duties include:
- Assisting customers and clients with queries over the phone and via email
- Monthly document renewal schedules
- Registering new products onto the system and with national databases
- Management of compliance of services
- Ensuring accurate data input onto internal and external systems and industry bodies
- Daily and weekly report production
- Collection and delivery of post
- General filing and administrative duties
Person specification:
- Proven experience within an administrative role
- Customer service experience
