Customer Services/ Sales Support Representative in Uxbridge

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 10% annual bonus

Working closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues, you'll play a key role in ensuring enquiries, orders and after-sales support are handled efficiently while maintaining the highest levels of customer service.

The Role

• Provide professional support to customers via telephone and email.
• Process customer orders, enquiries and sales support requests accurately.
• Manage returns, replacement orders, refunds and exchanges.
• Resolve customer issues quickly, offering practical solutions where required.
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints, ensuring a positive outcome.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners and internal departments to keep customers updated.
• Escalate recurring issues and help identify improvements to service.
• Produce clear, professional email correspondence and maintain accurate customer records.

The Ideal Customer Services & Sales Support Representative Will Have

• Previous customer service experience within a commercial business environment is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose professional emails independently.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good IT skills and confidence using business systems.
• A positive, proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Experience in a sales support or order processing environment would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of technical products such as networking, point-of-sale, Auto-ID or similar equipment would be beneficial but is not essential.

This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working as part of a close-knit team where everyone contributes to the success of the business.
