We are looking for a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide reception cover over three evenings in Ealing. This is a quiet reception environment, with some general administrative duties required during the shifts.
Hours:
- Tuesday 18 August: 4:15pm - 9:45pm (includes a 30-minute induction with our Head of Operations)
- Wednesday 19 August: 4:45pm - 9:45pm
- Thursday 20 August: 4:45pm - 9:45pm
Key Duties:
- Providing a friendly and professional reception service
- Welcoming and assisting visitors as required
- Monitoring the reception area
- Completing general administration tasks during quieter periods
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid First Aid certificate
- Professional, reliable and punctual
- Confident working independently in a quiet reception environment
- Good communication and basic administration skills
- Must be available for all three shifts
