Are you an experienced Forklift Driver with a valid Reach licence and a flexible attitude? We have an urgent opportunity to join a leading business in Hayes with a fantastic team and a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The Role: You’ll be supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, working across teams such as inventory and transport. This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication, teamwork, and physical stamina - you must be comfortable with some heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Scanning and locating stock
- Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Supporting warehouse operations across departments
- Organising and prioritising workloads
- Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and team
What You’ll Need:
- Valid Reach Forklift licence (essential)
- Counterbalance forklift experience (preferred)
- Previous manual handling experience
- Good level of physical fitness
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous experience in a fast-moving warehouse setting
- Team-oriented with a flexible attitude
