We are urgently recruiting for two temporary Administrators to support our Uxbridge based client with a heavy workload. This is a busy department, and the work will involve a great amount of data entry as well as some telephone support work.

Successful candidates must be available to start work ASAP and should be able to supply two good references.

Duties:
  • Managing an extremely busy inbox
  • Entering high volumes of data
  • Managing queries
  • Managing stock adjustments
Candidate profile:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly organised with previous experience in an administration position
  • Very strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills
