A vibrant retail opportunity in the heart of Windsor! If you have retail leadership experience and a real passion for fashion, this could be the perfect next step in your career. We’re recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing fashion brand who are opening up an exciting opportunity for a Store Supervisor to join their friendly Windsor store. You’ll support the Store Manager in leading a small, close-knit team and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcoming customers and offering excellent product advice
  • Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in hitting store KPIs
  • Leading and motivating the team to deliver first-class service
  • Taking responsibility as Duty Manager when required
  • Training and onboarding new team members
  • Managing stock, merchandising and maintaining store standards
  • Handling till operations including refunds and end-of-day close
  • Ensuring the store looks fantastic every single day

What we’re looking for:

  • Retail experience at Supervisor level or above – fashion/clothing background ideal
  • A customer-first mindset with great energy and enthusiasm
  • Confident leading a team and driving motivation
  • A positive, can-do approach and keen eye for presentation
  • Flexibility to support the team, especially at weekends
