Key Responsibilities: • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders. • Wrap and handle items with care (up to 15kg). • Load and unload deliveries. • Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels. • Use handheld scanners to track orders and stock. • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse. • Report any damage, quality issues, or stock discrepancies. • Occasionally support with driving/deliveries during staff leave.
