A global business based in Wembley is looking for a Shipping, Purchasing Finance Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This is a varied role split across shipping, purchasing and finance administration, making it ideal for an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience handling import/export documentation and coordinating purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process shipping and import/export documentation.
  • Organise domestic and international shipments and track deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping, VAT and import/export regulations.
  • Create and process purchase orders and maintain supplier records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock accuracy.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments.
  • Support the Accounts team with invoicing and finance administration.
  • Update and maintain CRM and ERP systems.
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate records across all activities.
