Senior Account Manager
Salary £60,000 – £70,000 base + bonus (salary is negotiable)
Located near Weybridge (you will need to live within reasonable commute to the head office as there will be requirement for weekly time in the office with the team)
This is a hybrid role covering both sales and account management responsibilities. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing opportunities with event organisers, while ensuring that current clients are supported and renew their contracts. This is a pivotal role within the business; you will be the sole account manager with the opportunity to grow and manage the division and be responsible for all client accounts, therefore a strong entrepreneurial mindset and spirit is a must.

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development
- Source and generate new leads through research, outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract signing.
- Deliver product demonstrations and tailor proposals to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals.
- Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage renewals, upsells, and long-term relationships.
- Liaise with clients pre-, during, and post-event to ensure smooth operations and identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather client feedback to help shape product development.
- Events & Industry Engagement
- Attend key industry events and conferences.
- Build relationships with organisers, sponsors, and associations.
- Identify partnership opportunities to strengthen the company’s presence in the events sector.
- Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and account health.
- Collaborate with internal teams (support, tech, finance) to ensure client needs are met.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities: prospecting, closing, and client care
- Experience working in events or SaaS/software is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building relationships
