Are you a Wizz on Excel? Are you used to working in a busy sales environment supporting busy sales teams? My lovely client is busy and now require an outgoing and sociable person to support a busy sales team of 12 people. As well as working for a great team of people there are great benefits on offer which include free parking, lots of team social events and a 1.30pm finish every Friday. Duties * Responding to customer e mails * Rasing PO’s * Monitoring orders which include, checking for discrepancies, checking orders against forecast sheet, checking on delivery dates * Updating order trackers * Liaison with external warehouse to gain updates on orders. * Requesting images of damaged product * Working with the Account managers to assist with forecasting, updating new product listings and price lists. * Keeping the stock cupboard updated with marketing items. * Sending out product samples Experience needed. * Strong Excel skills a must * Strong organisational ability with exceptional prioritisation * Excellent customer service skills * Highly proactive * Outgoing and confident personality What you need to do now If you're interested in this role please apply and forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
