The Opportunity

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a variety of business functions including social media management, customer service, sales support, e‑commerce administration, and general office duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating the company's social media platforms
- Creating engaging content and helping to grow the company's online presence
- Providing excellent customer service both face‑to‑face, over the telephone, and via email
- Qualifying incoming enquiries and leads before passing them to the relevant team members
- Assisting with the management of the company's e‑commerce platform
