Repairs Coordinator – Busy HVAC Division Location: Uxbridge Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 Are you an organised individual with experience coordinating engineers or work teams? Our client is expanding their HVAC division and is now looking for a confident Repairs Coordinator to support with scheduling, communication and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with coordination experience, ideally within gas, plumbing or facilities, who enjoys a busy day and takes pride in getting things done. The Repairs Coordinator Role: * Schedule and coordinate gas servicing appointments within tight timeframes * Liaise daily with engineers, clients, managers and contractors to keep things moving * Maintain up-to-date records, documentation and compliance certificates * Track deadlines and ensure nothing is missed * Provide outstanding customer service and problem-solving support Ideal Experience: * Previous experience coordinating engineers, trades or repairs teams * Familiarity with gas servicing, plumbing or building maintenance a bonus * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent organisational skills – calm under pressure and thrives in a busy team * Confident using Excel, Outlook and general office systems * A proactive, positive and flexible approach to day-to-day challenges What to do now: If this Repairs Coordinator role sounds like a great fit for you – apply today!
