We’re delighted to be working on a newly created opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a successful and growing business in Uxbridge. Working closely with the HR Manager, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, from reviewing CVs to scheduling interviews and making offers.
If you’ve already gained 1 year of experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition, and are ready for that next step - this could be perfect for you. The business is also open to funding a CIPD qualification for the right person!
Key Responsibilities:- Review CVs and applications, shortlist suitable candidates, and liaise with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial screening interviews via telephone or Teams.
- Manage interview arrangements - directly with candidates or through agency partners.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and onboarding paperwork.
- Organise PPE and coordinate new starter requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager across recruitment and onboarding tasks.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is essential (in-house or agency).
- Confident conducting screening or first-stage interviews.
- A self-starter who enjoys managing their own workload.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a friendly, professional approach.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel.
- High levels of attention to detail and organisational ability.
