About the Role: As a Customer Service Executive/Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly front-of-house experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, has great attention to detail, and thrives in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the reception area, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
- Handling day-to-day front-of-house duties and customer liaison.
- Answering the switchboard and logging information into the database.
- Operating office equipment, including phones, computers, and photocopiers.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Preparing meeting and conference rooms and managing diaries.
- Responding to queries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Assisting with maintenance coordination and Health & Safety procedures.
- Keeping the reception and common areas clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Getting involved in marketing and event coordination as needed.
