Are you an experienced HR Manager seeking a part-time position with full responsibility and autonomy? This role offers 3 days a week (Tuesday & Thursday in-office, 1 day WFH), working with a highly supportive team in a friendly, family-feel environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing all employee relations and advising on employment legislation
• Preparing and issuing onboarding and starter documentation
• Overseeing TUPE transfers and performance management
• Supporting on issues including absence, maternity, and long-term sickness
• Handling disciplinaries, staff appraisals and reward systems
• Administering e-learning and training records
• Ensuring all RTW compliance and right-to-work checks
• Occasional travel to regional sites in the South East
What you ll need:
• At least 5 years experience in an HR management role
• Strong knowledge of TUPE, redundancy and UK employment law
• Previous experience in the FM sector or similar
• High levels of discretion, energy, and professionalism
