We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Support Executive to join an established and successful business based in Windsor. In this vital position, you’ll be at the heart of the marketing administrative operations, supporting teams and enabling smooth day-to-day running of sales activity. From managing sample orders and promotional materials to office and operational support, no day is the same!
Key Responsibilities
- Track survey feedback, gathering insights and contributing to continuous improvement
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and managers, including scheduling team meetings and producing presentations.
- Maintain accurate personnel records.
- Compile and distribute weekly reports
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Monitor expense submissions and approvals
- Collate and present weekly feedback and team performance results.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of higher school qualification or degree in business or marketing.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a sales or marketing environment.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
